Primary Point’s General Manager, Spencer McNeil, has managed sales and market intelligence projects since 1999 and has served as President and General Manager of Primary Point since the company’s formation in 2002. Mr. McNeil’s vocational history includes 25 years of operations consulting and management experience within the Fortune 500, extensive sales and marketing experience, and insurance fraud investigations. Mr. McNeil holds an MBA from the Olin School of Management at Babson College and degrees in Economics and Political Science from McGill University.
Primary Point’s Director of Business Operations, Marc Melikian has been with the firm since 2005. Starting as a consultant, Mr. Melikian mastered Primary Point’s complex methodologies and gone on to lead project teams in a managerial capacity. Mr. Melikian also has primary responsibility for client account management. Mr. Melikian’s vocational history includes 30 years as a practicing attorney, financial planning and sales, and research librarian. Mr. Melikian has degrees from Boston College, New England School of Law, and Simmons College, Graduate School of Library and Information Science.

Primary Point’s business model requires staff with extensive business experience who are highly skilled and highly compensated. A typical Primary Point staff member will have an undergraduate and/or graduate degree with 15-25 years of relevant business experience. Primary Point staff go through extensive and rigorous training and are managed according to established and well-defined methodologies and procedures. Not only does higher level staff better enable the peer-to-peer dialogue with senior-level decision-makers that the success of our client programs require, it also allows Primary Point staff to quickly internalize our client’s value proposition and to react expeditiously to internal and external feedback.
