Glossary of Primary Point Terms
Target = a specific company or account.
Contact = an individual decision-maker at a specific target company.
Program = an outbound telephone based project that requires program design and execution. The words "campaign", "program", and "project" are synonymous.
Account Discovery = the terms account discovery program, sales intelligence program, and sales lead generation lead development program are used synonymously.
Campaign = each campaign will be priced according to the work required (design fees if necessary) and the number of target companies. Different pricing models can be offered, based on client preferences. This first campaign program may be considered a "pilot" program.
Program Design = a unique feature of Primary Point�s (PPI) services is the expertise and effort devoted to scripting design. No other company in Primary Point�s industry devotes as much time to program design; the benefits of which are evidenced by the metrics achieved in Primary Point�s Case Studies.
Program Messaging = program messaging will include scripts covering company introduction, solution overview, voice-mail messaging, and questions designed to engage decision-makers. The messaging and messaging design requirements of a telephone-based sales intelligence program are markedly different from other marketing communications projects.
Lead Development Process = Primary Point's Lead Development Process specified in a PPI proposal includes all outbound calling; all processing and coordination of referrals, all report preparation and reporting; and all program management and appointment coordination follow-up.
